Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course due to the nature and course delivery of distance learning we require all applicants to hold a minimum of English Literacy Level 1 or equivalent.

Learners will gain an understanding of infection prevention and control and explain how this can support their role in the workplace. Infection prevention is crucial to saving lives, so this course is of high importance to any existing, new or potential health care employees.
Each candidate is required to give written responses to a work booklet either handwritten or to complete the booklet using an electronic template.
You will be required to submit 2 assessments each taking 4 weeks to complete.
