Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course due to the nature and course delivery of distance learning we require all applicants to hold a minimum of English Literacy Level 1 or equivalent.

This course is ideal for anyone who is already working in or intending to work in the healthcare or social care sector. It will provide them with knowledge and understanding of end of life care to support their role.
Each candidate is required to give written responses to a work booklet either handwritten or to complete the booklet using an electronic template.
You will be required to submit 3 assessments each taking 4 weeks to complete.
